About the Owner

Caleb Perez began his construction journey at the age of 20, gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple trades. Though he briefly stepped into mechanic work, his passion for building brought him back to construction. Over the past eight years, Caleb has worked directly on every project—learning each trade from the ground up and refining his craft with every job. His dedication to quality and deep understanding of the full building process set Idaho Custom Foundations apart.
